Our Mission

Financial Education for Everyone

Our mission is to ensure all walks of life have access to financial education that allows them to grow their personal and business wealth.

The need for financial literacy in this country is apparent: presently, nearly half of American employees1 are worried about their personal finances. That's why we deliver unique, individualized financial education to companies and institutions virtually and in-person through Baystate's financial experience, PlanWell™.  We help employees understand how to save, invest and protect their wealth on the path to retirement.

Together, we're creating a more informed and invested society.

Diversity in Financial Services

Underserved communities deserve excellent advice and financial guidance. That's why it's so important that we have a diverse workforce to serve our diverse needs.

The more Black advisors that enter financial services, the greater the impact we can have on our families and communities. We encourage Black students and professionals to explore the role of a Financial Planner - it offers a rewarding career for those seeking to make a positive impact.

Diversity & Representation

We aim to bring financial wellbeing to all corners of the community.
